Refund Policy
Effective 6 May 2026
The short version
Try Replai free for 7 days. If you upgrade and decide it’s not for you within the first 7 days of your first paid charge, email us and we’ll refund the full amount, no questions asked. After that, we don’t pro-rate refunds for the remainder of a billing cycle, but you can cancel any time and you keep access until the period ends.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you’re unhappy with Replai for any reason within 7 calendar days of your first paid charge, email hello@replai.pm with the subject line “Refund” and we’ll refund the full amount of that first charge to your original payment method within 5 business days.
The guarantee applies once per workspace. Subsequent renewals or plan upgrades after the initial 7-day window are not covered.
Cancellations after the guarantee window
You can cancel any time from Settings on your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep full access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a paid month.
Failed deliveries / outages
If a sustained Replai outage prevents your bot from replying for more than 24 consecutive hours within a billing month, we will issue a pro-rated refund or service credit for the affected time on request. Email hello@replai.pm and reference the incident — our status page at status.replai.pm shows historical uptime.
Outages caused by upstream WhatsApp/Meta restrictions, AI provider downtime, or factors outside our control are not covered, but we’ll always communicate them on the status page.
Wrongful charges
If you believe you’ve been charged in error (e.g., for a subscription you cancelled before renewal), email hello@replai.pm with your account email and the LemonSqueezy order id and we’ll investigate. Confirmed billing errors are refunded within 5 business days.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through LemonSqueezy (our payment processor and merchant of record) to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary; the credit usually appears in 3–10 business days after we process the refund on our end.
Free trials
The 7-day free trial does not require a payment method. No charge is made unless you actively pick a paid plan, so there is nothing to refund if you don’t convert.
Managed accounts
High-touch managed accounts billed offline by invoice are subject to the refund terms in the individual service agreement, not this page.
